Terms of Service

ITEM CONDITION-
ALL TOYS ARE IN PREVIOUSLY PLAYED WITH CONDITION UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED, MEANING THAT THERE MAY BE SCUFFS, MISSING PAINT, ETC...PLEASE INQUIRE FOR FURTHER PICTURES IF NECESSARY.

I SELL USED TOYS & PRE-OWNED CLOTHING *UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED*. If you see it in a package/box, then you will get a package/box. If a clothing item has tags on it, it is NEW.

SHIPPING-
Please understand, that this site is run by 1 person-me, and me alone. I do my best to answer questions and process packages in a reasonable amount of time, but I am not a corporation with several employees. I do not sacrifice quantity for quality.

ITEMS ARE SHIPPED WITH DELIVERY CONFIRMATION.

INSURANCE is recommended, but not required. I do not accept responsibility for items damaged in transit, once it leaves my hands, it is OUT OF MY HANDS.

USPS Priority Mail INCLUDES $50 of insurance, and Fed Ex shipping includes $100 of insurance.

Shipping is automatically combined for multiple purchases made in the same order. If the shipping rate still seems high, please contact me via any listing and I will be glad to check it for you.

Items ship usually within 3 days of payment. I do not ship weekends or holidays. During peak times, there are exceptions to this policy.

Shipping times are faster when Paypal is method of payment. STRIPE checkout takes 3-5 business days to clear payment. I TYPICALLY ship the day payment clears through bank.

COD is for local pickup orders only.


RETURNS-
Most items I sell are used unless otherwise stated, sold "As Is" and as described. I am very honest about condition and do my best to post the best pictures possible.

My pictures are taken with an HD camera. Depending on your screen resolution settings, colors and representations may vary.

Unless I have made a serious error, (i.e. wrong size clothing) I do not accept returns.

PAYMENTS-
STRIPE checkout takes 3-5 business days to clear payment. I TYPICALLY ship the day payment clears through bank.

My policy for Money Orders and Checks-I hold the item for 7 days while I await payment. After 7 days the item will be available for someone else to purchase.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS-
International transit times vary. At this time, orders are taking an average of 3-4 weeks to be delivered. You will receive a Customs Declaration Tracking Number. This is the most effective way to track your item. If you should not receive your item in the specified 3-4 week period, please contact your Customs Office.

PLEASE REMEMBER THAT YOUR GOVERNMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO OPEN PACKAGES CROSSING IT'S BORDERS. I ALWAYS PACK MY ITEMS TO ENSURE THEIR SAFE TRAVELS, IF YOUR PACKAGE COMES TO YOU IN ANY OTHER WAY, IT'S NOT MY DOINGS.
